Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. Alleging in action on the part of the fourth respondent in considering the application of the petitioner dated 20.11.2015 for mutating his name in the revenue records in the place of his father pertaining to the property to an extent of Ac.2-04 cents in total covered in Survey No.116/1 extent of Ac.0-19 cents and Survey No.116/3 of Ac.1-85 situated at Joharapuram Village, Kurnool Mandal and District.

3. Since petitioner has approached the fourth respondent by filing appropriate application in the prescribed proforma, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the fourth respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 20.11.2015 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
