Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue in this writ petition is in respect of construction of Welcome Arch to the petitioner Grampanchayat and the arch had already been constructed by the Grampanchayat.

In view of the same, no cause in the writ petition would survive. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
