This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 28.12.2015 passed in I.A.No.712 of 2015 in O.S.No.1793 of 2012 on the file of the V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. A perusal of the office note reveals that trial Court disposed of the above suit on 23.01.2018.

In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the civil revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
