THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.9904 of 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioner prays this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an Order or direction, more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the respondents in not releasing pending amount payable to the petitioner towards catering to the Pre-Army Recruitment Training Program at YTC Kataram, in spite of lapse of more than two years as illegal, arbitrary, highhanded and colorable exercise of power and also violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to release necessary funds to clear the balance amount nearly Rs.5,60,000/- to the petitioner immediately."
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner submitted representation, dated 21.03.2016 to respondent No.3 but so far, no action has been taken thereon. A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct respondent No.3 to take appropriate action on the said representation.
On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that appropriate action will be taken on the said representation in accordance with law.
AVSS, J W.P.No.9904 of 2017 Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing respondent No.3 to take appropriate action on the representation, dated 21.03.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
