Having regard to the fact that the Telephone Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi is now functioning, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the said Tribunal for adjudication of the issue raised in this Writ Petition.

Granting liberty as sought, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
