Sri S.Ram Mohan, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the Investigating Officer in Cr.No.188 of 2020 pending on the file of the Police, Koyyur Police Station, Jayashankar Bhupalapally District, has recorded statements of 24 witnesses and seeks reasonable time to complete investigation and file final report.

2. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Investigating Officer in Cr.No.188 of 2020 pending on the file of the Police, Koyyur Police Station, Jayashankar Bhupalapally District, to complete investigation in the said crime as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
