HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 833 OF 2004 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 17.02.2004 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Mahabubnagar, in I.A. No.490 of 2003 in O.S. No.101 of 2003. On verification, it is learnt that the suit in O.S. No.101 of 2003 itself was disposed of on 31.07.2009.

In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
