THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 29875 OF 2014 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4. 2.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: " ....to issue a writ or order/ s more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the third and fourth respondents in interfering with civil disputes in connection activities of the first petitioner club being run in premises no. 169, Lal Bungalow, old Airport Road, New Bowenpally, Secunderabad in the guise of investigation pursuant to notices under section 91 read with 160 Cr.P.C. dated 16.9.2014 and 24.9.2014 as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the third and fourth respondents not to interfere in civil disputes of the first petitioner club being run in premises no. 169, Lal Bungalow, old Airport Road, New Bowenpally, Secunderabad."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the light of the interim orders passed on 1.10.2014, no further orders are required in the present writ petition since there is no interference by the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 in the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent Nos. 5 to 13.

Learned GP appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 submits that respondent No.3 filed a counter affidavit stating that two cases in Cr.Nos. 304 of 2014 and 376 of 2014 were registered on the file of Bowenpally P.S., Hyderabad against petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 on the complaints of the unofficial respondents. The said cases are pending investigation. Except registration of the above said cases, the respondents never interfered in the civil disputes between the petitioners and unofficial respondent Nos. 5 to 13. That apart, on

the complaint lodged by the petitioners before the Commissioner of Police, which in-turn was referred to the concerned S.H.O., a notice has been issued to the petitioners seeking the relevant documents. In response to the said notices, petitioners have submitted a reply. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioners also brought to the notice of this Court that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court, respondent Nos. 1 to 4 are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent Nos. 5 to 13. 6.

Taking into consideration the said submission, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in the Writ Petition. 7.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
