When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the Writ Petition against the 3rd respondent was dismissed for default, vide orders dated 4.11.2011 and the petitioner has not taken any steps to ensure that the Writ Petition is restored and the petitioner is challenging the orders passed by the respondents which are in favour of the 3rd respondent. In the absence of 3rd respondent, this Writ Petition cannot be adjudicated on merits.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed.
