Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition challenging the inaction of the respondents 2 & 3 in considering petitioner's representation dt.28.08.2019 to incorporate petitioner's name as pattadar and possessor in online pahani in respect of the subject property to enable her to obtain new pattadar pass book and title deeds and cheque under the Rythu Bandhu Scheme in respect of the said property.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the respondents 2 & 3 will dispose of the said representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
