ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 20.8.2019 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.17793 of 2019.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents reported that in pursuance of the order dated 20.8.2019 passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.17793 of 2019, the State Government has taken a policy decision to resolve the grievance of the petitioner and issued G.O.Ms.No.56, dated 22.10.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of compliance of the said order passed by this Court on 20.8.2019 in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in W.P.No.17793 of 2019, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
