Mr. Vijayasen Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner does not press this writ petition and seeks direction to the respondent-wife to remain present before the Court below whenever her presence is required and shall produce the children before the Court whenever such a direction is issued by the Court below to that effect.

2. Petition is disposed of as not pressed. The respondent-wife has filed DVC No.409 of 2012 and it is pending before the IV Metropolitan Magistrate (Traffic Mobile Court), Hyderabad. It is, therefore, needless to state that she shall remain present before the Court below either in person or through her Advocate on all dates of hearing of the case and she shall also keep the children present before the Court whenever such direction is issued by the concerned Magistrate. All the contentions of the parties are kept open.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
