THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20988 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's property bearing Plot No.190 admeasuring 300 sq. yards in Sy.No.60 situated at Karmanghat village, Saroor Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District at the instance of un-official respondents, as illegal and arbitral and sought consequential direction to the official respondents not to interfere with the subject property of the petitioner. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions, dated 25.09.2019, submits that on receiving a call to the 100 Dial, the police personnel went to the subject property and called both the parties to police station and advised that as the matter is civil in nature, approach the appropriate Court, and further advised them not to create any law and order problem. He further submits that except on responding to Dial 100 call, the police personnel never interfered with the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time. 4.

Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
