THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 1447 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not registering a crime against the accused basing on the complaints, dated 22.12.2016 and 29.12.2016, lodged by the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that respondent No.3 made enquiries into the matter after filing the present writ petition and found that the disputed site comes under Dwaraka Police Station and the records of Dwaraka Police Station show that no complaints, dated 22.12.2016 and 29.12.2016, were found.

In view of the same, no orders can be passed in the present writ petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
