THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION (TR) No.423 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the prescription of upper age limit as 44 years to the post of Attender/Office Subordinate in the Notification, dated 22.03.2013.

Since there was no interim order for all these years, the recruitment must have been completed and the writ petition has become infructuous. However, this will prevent the petitioner from filing another writ petition, if he so chooses, by impleading the selected candidates. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
