This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.132 of 2013 on the file of Khanapuram Haveli, Khammam District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC.

2. During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana, represented that case in Cr.No.132 of 2013 was compromised before Lok Adalat and an Award was passed on 11.03.2014 before Lok Adalat.

In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there is nothing to be examined and decided by the Court in the above matter.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
