THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.189 OF 2010 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the inaction of the 1st respondent in not paying 75% of the subsistence allowance from 27.08.2009 and not issuing reposting orders to petitioner as illegal, unjust, void, and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently to direct the respondents to pay 75% of the subsistence allowance from 27.08.2009.

When the matter was listed on 24.01.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence the matter was directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal on 25.01.2017.

Today, though the matter is listed under the caption for dismissal, there is no representation on behalf the petitioner in the forenoon and in the afternoon session also. Hence, the Writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
