THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.118 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case was instituted alleging willful disobedience to the order dated 23.07.2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.12062 of 2007.

Smt. Ambuja Mane, learned counsel for the petitioners, would now inform this Court that the said order has been complied with but would seek leave of this Court to enable her clients to take appropriate measures in accordance with law with regard to their grievances, if any, in connection therewith.

The contempt case is accordingly dismissed with the liberty aforestated.
