THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.7457 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard both sides. With the consent of both parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

2.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.3 in interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioners and unofficial respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

3.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent No.3 not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioners and the unofficial respondent.

4.

Learned Government Pleader does not dispute the same, but however, submits that the allegation of police interfering with the civil disputes between the parties is false.

5.

Without going into merits of the case and recording the above rival submissions made, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent/police not interfere with the civil disputes which are pending pending between the petitioners and the unofficial respondent. In case, the respondent/police intend to take any action against any of the parties, the same shall be in accordance with law. No costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
