HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 6052 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking early disposal of C.C.No.6214 of 2019 on the file of the XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the 1st and 3rd petitioners are senior citizens aged about 72 and 61 years respectively and other petitioners are doing private jobs and if the trial is delayed, inconvenience and hardship may be caused to them. Hence, the present Criminal Petition is filed seeking a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the C.C. at the earliest.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally at Hyderabad, to dispose of C.C.No.6214 of 2019 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, without giving unnecessary adjournments. 4.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
