HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. KANTHA RAO Writ Petition No.10950 of 2015 ORDER:

It is submitted by the learned standing counsel for the respondents that the 2nd respondent has confirmed the tender in favour of the second bidder under letter dated 15.04.2015 and also issued the tender.

2. Upon the above submission of the learned standing counsel for the respondents, Sri T.Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.

3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
