THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2113 of 2009 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. None appeared for the first respondent.

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the award in I.D.No.247 of 2004, dated 06.11.2007. The said Industrial Dispute was filed by the first respondent herein against the order of deletion of his name from the approved list. The Labour Court by its award, dated 06.11.2007, while partly allowing the Industrial Dispute, set aside the order of deletion of the name of the first respondent herein from the approved list dated 22.03.2003. The petitioner herein was directed to reinstate the first respondent herein into service with continuity of service and all other attendant benefits but without back wages. Pursuant to the said order, the first respondent was reinstated and his services were also regularized. Pursuant to the above, nothing services for consideration in the present Writ Petition, and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
