CVNR, J & JUD, J W.P.No.23655 of 2017 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus by directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to produce the petitioner's wife by name N.Vanitha and their two children before the Court and set them at liberty.

At the hearing, the two minor children of the petitioner are produced by their maternal grandmother - respondent No.5 before the Court. While respondent No.5 informed the Court that she has no objection for handing over the custody of the minor children to the petitioner, the two children have informed the Court that they do not want to stay with their father. In view of the same, the prayer in this writ petition cannot be granted.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed, but, however, with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedies for custody of his children.
