ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare notification, dated 12.01.2012 issued by respondent No.1 for appointment of Fair Price Shop Dealer of Shop No.13022 of Billupod Village, Thallada Mandal, Khammam District, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Mr.G.Ratna Kumar, learned counsel representing Mr.Kowturu Vinaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.4828 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
