Petitioners' grievance is that the 2nd respondent has passed the impugned interim order of stay pending appeal even though caveat is filed by petitioners.

Granting liberty to the petitioners to file an application before the 2nd respondent to vacate the said order, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
