Siva Reddy (for short, 'the alleged detenu') before this Court and set him at liberty.

At the hearing, Sri C. Subodh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the alleged detenu was produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate after filing of this Writ Petition and, therefore, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. 3.
