THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.23291 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in issuing the Memo No.DEE/OP/MLG/JAO/Adm/D.No.482/04 dated 26.11.2004 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and set aside the same. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
