Heard Mr. Gulam Rabbani for petitioner and Mr. Vinod Reddy for respondents.

The grievance of petitioner is that a representation was made on 26.05.2016 on the misuse of meter connection No.L4023223 standing in the name of one Mr. Maqbool Hasan and till date, respondents 3 and 4 have not taken any action on the representation and the misuse is happening at premises bearing No.13-6-826/ 66, Sy.No.503/ A, Moghal Nagar, Ring Road, Hyderabad, which according to petitioner is the property belonging to him. The matter requires consideration to avoid misuse, if any, by Maqbool Hasan. The writ petition is disposed of by directing respondents 2 to 4 to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 26.05.2016 within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Liberty is granted to petitioner to communicate copy of the order to respondents. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
