THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.32540 OF 2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) The grievance of the petitioner, in this writ petition, is regarding the inaction of the first respondent in not passing any order against the second respondent pursuant to the petitioner's complaint, dated 27.10.2016.

Smt. Bobba Vijayalakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for the High Court, on instructions, states that orders have been passed imposing punishment on the second respondent. Sri M.V. Rajaraam, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that it would suffice if the submission of the learned Standing Counsel is recorded, and the Writ Petition is closed. Recording the submission of Smt. Bobba Vijayalakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for the High Court, that an order has been passed against the second respondent imposing punishment on him, the writ petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
