ORDER:

Grievance of petitioner is limited. Even though petition filed under Order 41 Rule 5 of CPC praying the first appellate Court to stay or suspend the operation of the common judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.09 of 2007 dated 28.07.2017 on the file of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal, same is not disposed of. 2.

According to learned counsel for petitioner, record of lower Court was received on 09.03.2018, but thereafter also matter was adjourned from time to time. He would submit that pending disposal of the said I.A., respondents/plaintiffs filed E.P., before the trial Court for arrest and detention of petitioner and if the same is ordered, grave prejudice would be caused to the petitioner.

Having regard to the submission, first appellate Court is requested to take up I.A.No.485 of 2017 in A.S.No.125 of 2017 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Further, liberty is granted to petitioner to request for adjournment of pending E.P. Accordingly, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
