HCJ & BVR, J W.P.No. 23984 of 2020 Dt: 30-12-2020 Judgment: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice B. Vijaysen Reddy) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's co-employees viz., Mr. Bai Yi (Dennis), s/o Lin Bai, and Mr. Satyapal Kyalia, s/o Harlal, before this Court, and to set them at liberty.

Mr. T. Srikanth Reddy, the learned Government Pleader for Home, submits that the detenus have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 1162 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 504, 506, 509 IPC, and Section 66 and 67 of the IT Act, and Sections 3, 10 & 13(1) of the Telangana State Money Lenders Act, 1349F of Cyber Crimes, Cyberabad, Hyderabad, and remanded to judicial custody. Hence, the cause in the writ petition no more survives. In view of the above, the writ petition is closed. However, as requested by Mr. Vedula Srinivas, the petitioners are given liberty to challenge the detention order in case they are either aggrieved by the same, or the same is issued in contravention of the provisions of the Cr.P.C.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
