O R D E R

By the present petition, petitioner/ A-1 seeks bail in connection with Crime No.67 of 2016 on the file of Atmakur Police Station, Anantapuram District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 IPC and Section 5 of A.P. Protection of Depositors and Financial Establishments Act, 1999.

The present petition is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner before this court. The earlier petition in Crlp.No.15712 of 2016 was dismissed vide order dated 8.11.2016. However the present petition is filed on the ground that this court has dismissed the earlier petition considering that the petitioner is the Managing Director of the Viswas Real Estates and Infrastructures India Private Limited, whereas the petitioner has nothing to do with the said company and he has never been either Director or Managing Director of the said company.

Though in the earlier order it was noted that the petitioner is the Managing Director, however, the fact remains that he is the nephew of one of the Directors of the said company and the allegation against him is that he induced the investors to invest the money in the said company with an intention to cheat them. Therefore, I find no merit in the present petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
