Item No.27 THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE HIMA KOHLI AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24131 of 2020 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Hima Kohli) 1.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.2/Telangana State Pollution Control Board in issuing an order dated 18.11.2020 and the consequential action of the respondent No.5/Revenue Divisional Officer, Rajendra Nagar Division, Ranga Reddy District, of sealing its stone crushing unit. 2.

In the course of submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it transpires that the order dated 18.11.2020 has been issued by the respondent No.2 in compliance with the interim order dated 22.01.2020 passed by the High Court in W.P.No.22910 of 2019. 3.

We have enquired from learned counsel for the petitioner that if aggrieved by the aforesaid order, has the petitioner filed an application in the captioned writ petition raising its grievance about the purported illegal closure order issued by the respondent No.2. Learned counsel states that an application has been filed in the captioned writ petition, but the same has not been listed so far. 4.

If that be so, the Registry is directed to list the application stated to have been moved by the petitioner in W.P.No.22910 of 2019 on 15.04.2021.

The present petition is closed along with the pending applications, with liberty granted to the petitioner to pursue its remedy in the captioned writ petition wherein interim orders have been passed on 22.01.2020 and compliance whereof has been made by the respondent No.2 vide order dated 18.11.2020.
