THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 9399 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 747 2013 on the file of Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that after conducting a detailed investigation into the crime, the police have filed a charge sheet on 25.07.2014 before the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Miyapur and the same was numbered as C.C.No. 1523 of 2013. It is also brought to my notice that the case was listed for trail on 05.06.2015.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, leaving open all such remedies as are available to the petitioner under law, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
