THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 17316 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC and learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development.

The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that her representation dated 05.05.2016, made towards illegal construction over the property bearing H.No.3-2-832, Rehmath Bagh, Chappal Bazar, Kachiguda, Hyderabad, is not being considered till date. Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent No.3 to consider representation dated 05.05.2016, made by the petitioner, bringing to the notice of the Commissioner, GHMC, the illegal constructions made in H.No. 3-2-832, Rehmath Bagh, Chappal Bazar, Kachiguda, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that if the said representation is still pending consideration, the same may be directed to be disposed of, in accordance with law. Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances stated above, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to dispose of representation dated 05.05.2016, made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice to all the necessary parties. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. _____________________
