THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.20955 of 2019 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in interfering with the property of the petitioner bearing Plot Nos.22 and 23 in Sy.No.100 (part) situated at Kondapur Village, Serlingampally Mandal and Municipality, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary and sought consequential direction to the 4th respondent not to interfere with his peaceful possession.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions, dated 25.09.2019, submits that the 6th respondent in the writ petition lodged a complaint on 01.09.2019 before the 4th respondent with regard to the lands in Sy.No.100 (part) situated at Kondapur village, Serlingampally Mandal and Municipality, Ranga Reddy District and basing on the said complaint, a case in Cr.No.481 of 2019 was registered against the petitioner as A.1 and two others and investigation was taken up. He further submits that except registering F.I.R.No.481 of 2019 against the petitioner and two others and visiting the scene of offence, the 4th respondent police did not interfere with the subject land as alleged by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that appropriate steps would be taken by the petitioner to question the said F.I.R. registered against him.

Recording the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
