Learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for disposal of the interlocutory application filed before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the Presiding Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad, to dispose of the interlocutory application filed by the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
