The Court made the following ORDER :

Heard both sides, Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner mainlY submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 28,11,2019, from the date of his release. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has fairly conceded to the fact with regard to compliance of the condition by the petitioner from the date of his release, In view of the above and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition with regard to appearance of the petitioner before the concerned Investigating Officer, only is hereby relaxed. It is made clear that the other conditions shall remain un-altered' Accordingly, the Petition is ordered.
