This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. questioning the docket order dated 23-12-2015 whereunder the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tadepalligudem issued N.B.W.against A.2 and A.3 on payment of process on 26-2-2016. Petitioners are residents of Hyderabad whereas case is pending before I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tadepalligudem but that is not a ground to quash proceedings. Petitioners are permitted to move the appropriate application to dispense with appearance of petitioner before the I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tadepalligudem, on their appearance before the said court, the Magistrate is directed to decide the application on their appearance.
