HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the respondent in complying the order dated 21.09.2015 passed by this Court in WP.No.12075 of 2011.

Subsequently, the respondent filed review petition seeking review of the order dated 21.09.2015 in WP.No.12075 of 2011 whose non-compliance is alleged in this Contempt Case.

This Court disposed of the review petition modifying the order dated 21.09.2015 passed in WP.No.12075 of 2011. In view of the order dated 18.07.2017 passed in Review MP.No.29230 of 2017 in WP.No.12075 of 2011, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
