This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 397 read with 401 of Cr.P.C. being aggrieved by the judgment dated 18.12.2014 passed in Crl.A.No.441 of 2012 by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter is settled out of Court and therefore, further proceedings are not required.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.

Interim order on 3.2.2015 in Crl.R.C.M.P.No.232 of 2015 shall stand vacated.

The Court of Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District and the Court of VIII Special Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, to note, verify and take steps if required.
