This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the inaction of the 5th respondent in making survey of the land in Sy.No.718/4 of Kannekal Village, Madugupalle Mandal in spite of representation being given by the petitioners on 22.04.2019, 17.06.2019 and 03.07.2019.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the petitioners should apply online seeking F-line survey by making payment of requisite fee for the land and that if such application is made, respondents 4 and 5 will ensure that survey takes place.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to make an application online through Mee-seva in FLine by paying requisite fee thereof, and within eight weeks of making such application, the respondents 4 & 5 shall take appropriate action thereon and communicate the same to the petitioners. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
