HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23142 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they are the absolute owners and possessors of various extents of lands situated at Gollapadu Village, Khammam Rural Mandal, Khammam District. They acquired those properties from their father, who died on 02.10.2013. They also filed O.S.No.55 of 2014 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Khammam, for grant of succession certificate and the same was allowed on 29.04.2014 declaring the petitioners as legal heirs of the deceased Jwala Narasimha Rao. Thereafter, the petitioners submitted an application for grant of pattadar pass book and title deeds through online vide receipt No.AP04997528 dated 14.05.2015. But no action has been taken so far. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

In view of above facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the said application, within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law,

after issuing notice to the affected parties. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
