Though the matter was listed on 01.09.2015, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted 'for dismissal'. On 15.09.2015, when the matter was posted 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even when the matter is listed today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the forenoon or afternoon.

In view of the same, it is clear that the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
