This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 26.02.2016 passed in A.T.A.No.24 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the District Judge, Rajahmundry.

A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner filed A.T.A.No.24 of 2015 challenging the order dated 14.10.2015 passed in I.A.No.347 of 2015 in A.T.C.No.6 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Ramachandrapuram. A perusal of the office note clearly reveals that A.T.C.No.6 of 2015 was disposed of on 10.08.2016.

In view of the disposal of the main A.T.C., the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
