HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11807 of 2005 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in interfering with the possession of the petitioner in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0.09 guntas in survey No.1150 of Prasanth Nagar Gram Panchayat, Siddipet Mandal, Medak District.

2. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner was absent on 16.02.2015 and 06.03.2015, today morning he appeared and submitted that he is not appearing in the case as the bundle was taken away by the petitioner long back. No other counsel has filed vakalat in the case on behalf of the petitioner.
