HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5119 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 4 and perused the prayer in the writ petition with the supporting affidavit and other material on record.
In the course of hearing by reiterating the writ petition affidavit averments in support of the prayer, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition and serving of notice there is no harassment.
Whereas it is the submission of the learned Government Pleader for Home the petitioner is accused in crime No.61/2016 of Armoor Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC and but for investigating the crime they are no way interfering with the petitioner's personal liberty other than due process of law. Having regard to the above and by recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
