This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 01.06.2016 passed in I.A.No.117 of 2014 in O.S.No.53 of 2003 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge Court, Chintalapudi, West Godavari District.

Learned counsel for both parties present. As per the office note furnished by the Registry, the trial Court pronounced the judgment in O.S.No.53 of 2003 on 22.06.2018. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this revision petition became infructuous.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
