Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after hling of the writ petition, the petitioner came to know that the respondents have rejected the application dated 16.0l.2O2l submitted by the petitioner. I Thereafter, mother of the petitioner frted O.S.No. 107 of 2Ol9 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Huzurabad against the others with regard to the same subject property. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this matter and seeks liberty to question the rejection orders passed by the respondent No.3-Gram Panchayat.

Recording the aforementioned submission, this Writ Petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to
question the rejection orders passed by the respondent No.3-Gram Panchayat. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
