ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in contemplating to terminate the services of the petitioners as illegal and arbitrary.
After arguing the case, Mr.Gade Venkateswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his clients to avail fresh remedy if and when their services are discontinued from the contract employment by the respondents.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.35879 of 2015 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
